Cant view App in store

So I use this app all of the time and I can load my savings into my card with ease. I cannot however use this app in the store. I connect to their in store wandering Wifi but cannot open the app because it just keeps saying an error occurred.
If I do manage to open the app if will not add a coupon to my card because it says it failed to load. Ive brought this up several times to the staff but nobody has an answer. Is it the app thats the problem in store or is it the wifi in store thats the problem?
It would be nice to add savings to my card in store if I happen to come across a deal I overlooked but I cant until VONS fixes this issue.
